Heroes of Darkness

No-name was busy deciding a plan to defeat the Subshock. He had an encounter with some Primids on Earth. There were at least two million of them. That was only a taste of their power. He imagined what their entire army was like. That wasn't even counting bosses.
Unfortunately, unlike the other universal wars, No-name had no plan. It was easy because he had assistance from others. In the first war, he used his Final Smash: Mystery Miracle. In the second, he used his Steel Beamsword. However, this time, he had nothing.
A loud bang was heard throughout the HQ. A flash of orange light engulfed the building. It took No-name a few minutes to realize that The Order of Nightmare HQ was on fire.
Latios and Latias's voice was heard through speakers on the wall, "Emergency! The HQ is on fire. Evacuate the building immediately.
No-name, his team, and the rest of the Order of Nightmare scrambled past each other to get to the exit. No-name saw King Boo heading the other way.
No-name turned around and ran up to him, "King Boo. What are you doing?"
"Looking for Rosalina," replied King Boo, "She left to fetch her ring and now I'm waiting for her."
An explosion blasted debris across the hall, "We have no time," cried No-name.
"I'm not leaving without her!" shouted King Boo, "I can't…bare to live without her…"
"You're willing sacrifice your life?" asked No-name.
"Yes! Look, there she is," replied King Boo. Sure enough Rosalina ran to King Boo from the flaming room.
"Are you okay?" King Boo asked her.
"I'm fine…thanks," she coughed. She opened her hand, revealing her wedding ring, "I couldn't lose this, so I had to go back. This is the thing I have to remember my love…"
"The building is on fire…which means we need to get out!" cried No-name. They scrambled for the exit.
Outside, everyone was watching as the flames engulfed the HQ. Vaporeon, Waterpelt, Gyrados, the Caustic Dweevil Army, and the Blue Pikmin Army were spraying water on the building. If it was working, it didn't show. The flames continued to lap at the building's sturdy structure.
No-name looked around and took count of everyone making sure they were there. He added them up with the total. Then he realized one person was missing: Xepian.
No-name raced for the entrance. Eric, Dax, Dimentio ran and held him back.
"No…you can't go in…there," cried Eric as he struggled to prevent No-name from entering the HQ, "It's too risky,"
"My daughter is somewhere in the HQ!" snarled No-name, "I swore to Yurmania that I would keep her out of harm's way!"
"It's not worth your life," cried Torture Droid.
"I can't leave her alone to die!" hissed No-name.
"You're the chosen one," cried Taylor, "Imagine what kind of chaos would erupt throughout the universe."
"I'll take that bet," spat No-name, "I must at least try to save her. If I don't…I failed my request of Yurmania…"
Eric and Taylor exchanged uncertain glances. Dimentio looked away. Finally, Dialga spoke up, "Alright No-name. Hurry!"
"I will!" replied No-name quickly and ran inside the building. He ignited his water beamsword and started slicing his way through the debris.
"Xepian!" he called. No-name frantically searched the base as he continued to extinguish what he could with his beamsword.
Then he heard a faint voice, "Dad…"
No-name quickly followed the voice to the top floor corridor. Xepian was crouched under a diamond table.
"Xepian!" cried No-name. He rushed to her side and helped her up.
"We need to get out of here," explained Xepian.
"Right," replied No-name follow me.
They dodged debris and burning objects as they made their way towards the exit. Then Xepian spoke, "Look out!"
Before No-name could do anything, a large blast of energy blasted them across the hallway. Mindy was in front of them.
"You didn't think you get out of here this easily, now did you?" smirked Mindy.
She walked up to Xepian, "So you're No-name's daughter? You don't look like much. Let's see how strong your father is…"
She grasped Xepian by the throat. She desperately tried to break free, but Mindy's grip was unusually strong. No-name immediately tried to attack her, but she started penetrating his inner thought. He tried to block her out and fill his body with good thoughts, but her mind forces were stronger than his.
"Dad…help me!" cried Xepian.
"What are you going to do now?" snarled Mindy.
"Wait!" cried No-name. "Don't kill her,"
Mindy didn't show any interest, but loosened her grip on Xepian, "Why?"
"She's my daughter," pleaded No-name, "I promised Yurmania I would look after her. I can't bare to lose anymore family members."
Mindy narrowed her eyes, "Hmm…well, with you gone, I could rule the world, and my plan does seem a bit better than yours…Alright, I'll make you a deal. You give me some of your blood and you can live. I'll even put out the fires."
"Why do you want my blood?" asked No-name.
"Sample of DNA. I'm going to use it for my secret weapon. Project N!" she sneered.
No-name did not hesitate, "Fine, take your sample of blood,"
"That's more like it," replied Mindy. She took a large needle and extracted a large amount of blood from No-name's body. She then used some spell to extinguish all the flames.
"I'll see you when you recover," smirked Mindy. She teleported out of the HQ.
No-name and Xepian looked around. There was minor damage to the walls and roof, but other than that, everything was in decent shape.
The Order of Nightmare and No-name's team entered the building and began repairs. No-name, however, was wondering about Project N. What was Mindy talking about? Whatever it was, it was obviously for destruction. No-name had to stop her at all costs.
